After reviewing all parishioner submitted suggestions, and working with the parish administration and maintenance, the St. Mark’s CCW announced they will be contributing $24,200 for parish projects and charities! From the most recent rummage sale, they raised approximately $12,800 (after expenses) that will help many parish ministries as well as charities outside of St. Mark’s walls.
The projects include...
Carolyn Hall/preschool: new water heater, additional padded chairs, repaired coffee pots, preschool bathrooms upgrade.
Church: landscaping restoration, church Mass times sign refresh, sacrarium sink repair and Ignite Youth Ministry retreat scholarships.
Seven local charities
and Five National/International charities which we will spotlight throughout the year.
The CCW would like to thank everyone for another successful year of Rummage Sales, Christmas Boutiques and plant sales fundraisers. We are soliciting your ideas for making the St. Mark’s Rummage sales sustainable, so please come to our next CCW meeting Wednesday May 31st, 1-3 PM in the community room or contact ccw@ onestrongfamily.org with your ideas!
