How would you like to be addresses as "Mr./Mrs. Ambassador?"

It has a nice ring to it!

Well, we're all ambassadors of Christ, so we best lean into it! (See Mt 28:18-20 and 2 Corinthians 5:20.) Being an ambassador is not just something we do, it's who we, and the Church, are!

And so the Saint Mark Ambassadors is a new ministry dedicated to welcoming and evangelizing those who attend our public events. The purpose is simple: to joyfully proclaim Jesus Christ, extend genuine hospitality, and help others encounter His love through our parish community.

Together, we hope to be living witnesses of the Gospel, ensuring that every person who comes to Saint Mark feels seen, welcomed, and invited into a deeper relationship with Christ.

To help us do this there will be a training on September 14th at 12:30 to talk about expectations and best practices for evangelization. Since evangelizing primarily comes by the grace of the Holy Spirit, we will take time in His presence as well.

Requirements for the ambassadors are: 

- attend training (September 14th at 12:30) 

- Attend one St Mark Public event (such as rummage sale, swing dance, etc.) to be on the team evangelizing OR be part of the prayer team to pray for those evangelizing
