Supervise children at all time to ensure their safety
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
Model classroom rules and model age appropriate conflict management
Manage classroom activities
Help children reach developmental milestones
Collaborate with others to implement lesson plans
Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
Facilitate various activities for children including songs, games and storytelling
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
Administer snacks and monitor bathroom breaks
Able to lift cots for naptime
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom
Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures

Teachers need to be able to engage and interact with young children, know how to manage a classroom, help with light cleaning chores, be able to talk and interact with parents, and be willing and open to working and collaborating with a great staff of teachers.
