Lenten Bible Study (Wednesdays)

Updated: Mar 24, 2021

We are pleased to announce our Lent 2021 Bible Study, "Born Anew to a Living Hope: A Study of the First Epistle of Peter" presented by Dr. William Stevenson.

For many Catholics, the first letter of St. Peter remains a kind of unopened gift; we are often far more familiar with the great epistles of St. Paul. But this letter, written by the first pope, serves as a wonderful introduction to what it means to live our life in Christ crucified.

The study is on Wednesdays, from February 24 – March 24 and will be held from 7 p.m. – 8:00 p.m in the St. Mark's church proper. COVID precautions will be observed, and a livestream option will be available.

Note: This study was started in Spring 2020, but was cancelled early on due to COVID restrictions. We're very pleased to have Dr. Stevenson back to offer it again!

Registration is free (free-will offerings appreciated), and participants are asked to bring a Bible. Learn more and register at the links below!
