On Saturday, August 15, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary. Because this holy day falls on a Saturday (and because the obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains suspended), the faithful are NOT required to attend Mass on Saturday.
We do, however, encourage all who are able to attend our 8 AM Saturday Mass, at which we will celebrate this important Marian feast!
