World Day of Migrants & Refugees (Sep 27)

Pope Francis has declared Sunday, September 27 (this Sunday!) as the 2020 World Day of Migrants and Refugees. The theme this year, Like Jesus Christ, Forced to Flee, considers “the drama of internally displaced persons, an often unseen tragedy that the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated.”

Please keep these and all displaced people in your prayers in a special way on this day. The full text of Pope Francis’s address is available on the Vatican Website. We have linked to it here. (It’s a concise and thought-provoking read!)
