Women's Workout Nights (ongoing)

Update (Jan. 02):

Come get fun nights of movement into your life for the new year! ALL women of the parish are welcome to come (and friends too!) to Monday workout nights at 8pm in the school gym. The January and February schedule is set for: 

Jan 15 Rosemarie-Shine Dance Fitness 

Jan 29 Leah-Pilates

Feb 12 Leah- Pilates

Feb 26 Rosemarie-Shine Dance Fitness

Workout nights for all women of the parish


Come join other St. Mark’s women in a series of joyful and live-giving workout nights! As St. Paul says, “Do not run aimlessly,” but join your fellow parishioners on Mondays at 8:00-8:45 p.m. in strengthening your body - and having a great time! We’ll offer a variety of workouts each week lead by parishioners Shannon Nowak (dance/barre workouts), Colleen Beatty (cardio/strength training), Leah Amundson (Pilates), and Theresa Reinhardt (dance/deep stretch workouts). Bring your own mat if you plan to join in the Pilates week (some mats will also be available). Workouts are held in the school gym. Bring your friends!
