Women's Workout Nights (ongoing)

Update (Apr 26):

Women of the parish! Do you need a little night out? Is your body aching for a way to stretch, strengthen, and become energized? Then remember what St. Ignatius of Loyola once said "...that bodily exercise, when it is well ordered, as I have said, is also prayer by means of which you can please God our Lord" and join us in the school gym! Nurture your body, mind and soul on Mondays at 8pm with a 45-60 minute workout. All workouts are adaptable to any level of experience so grab your water bottle, bring friend, and we'll see you soon!

Workout nights for all women of the parish


Come join other St. Mark’s women in a series of joyful and live-giving workout nights! As St. Paul says, “Do not run aimlessly,” but join your fellow parishioners on Mondays at 8:00-8:45 p.m. in strengthening your body - and having a great time! We’ll offer a variety of workouts each week lead by parishioners Shannon Nowak (dance/barre workouts), Colleen Beatty (cardio/strength training), Leah Amundson (Pilates), and Theresa Reinhardt (dance/deep stretch workouts). Bring your own mat if you plan to join in the Pilates week (some mats will also be available). Workouts are held in the school gym. Bring your friends!
