Update (June 23):
Come join other St. Mark’s women in a series of joyful and live-giving workout nights! As St. Paul says, “Do not run aimlessly,” but join your fellow parishioners on Mondays at 8:00-8:45 p.m. in strengthening your body - and having a great time! We’ll offer a variety of workouts each week led by parishioners Shannon Nowak (barre workouts), Colleen Beatty (cardio/strength training), Leah Amundson (Pilates), Lauren Wen (kickboxing blend) and Rosemarie Monge (Shine Dance Fitness). Bring your own exercise mat if you'd like but some will also be available. Workouts are held in the school gym. Check the parish website for the up-to-date schedule. Bring all of your friends! We’ll offer a variety of workouts each week lead by parishioners Shannon Nowak (dance/barre workouts), Colleen Beatty (cardio/strength training), Leah Amundson (Pilates), and Theresa Reinhardt (dance/deep stretch workouts). Bring your own mat if you plan to join in the Pilates week (some mats will also be available). Workouts are held in the school gym. Bring your friends!
